You have the right to cancel within fourteen days of your purchase of online packages, or fourteen days of receipt of any physical goods (whichever is the longer). If for any reason you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned within 2 working days. We confirm a contract of sale is in force when goods or non-physicals goods like gift certificates are shipped by us.
To request a refund simply email info@metroclinic.co.uk with refund request and details of your purchase to be refunded and we’ll reply that we’ve received your request within 24 hours.

We strive to ensure all published & advertised prices are correct. Please note some offers have expiry dates and aren’t valid for purchase beyond these dates. Our contract of sale starts when the order online has been accepted as paid and delivered to you.
In an ever complex electronic world glitches in systems occur and to take steps to ensure there are no errors or invalid offers we reserve the right to refund any offers that have expired or the purchaser is ineligible to purchase – ie Metro VIP offers which are exclusive to current clients and not available to the general public.
Automatic processing acknowledgements of received payments don’t constitute our acceptance and binding agreement until we ‘ship’ the purchase. In any instances of purchase we commit to immediately making a refund in full to the purchaser within 48 hours and inform them of the anomoly.
